Job Summary

A company is looking for a Logistics/Freight Coordinator (Remote - West Coast Region).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate freight loads for all outbound and inbound shipments, ensuring process efficiency and cost reduction
• Create and verify purchase orders for shipments, confirming accuracy with freight invoices
• Monitor shipment statuses and communicate updates to customers, vendors, and internal teams

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous logistics experience strongly preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
