Job Summary
A company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage customer requests and shipments in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer requests via phone, email, and website
- Process, monitor, and manage critical customer shipments using a logistics management platform
- Communicate professionally with customers and agents while meeting team metrics
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry with a typing speed of 30 WPM
- Knowledge of US and world geography and time zones is preferred
- Call center experience is preferred
