Job Summary

A company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage customer requests and shipments in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer requests via phone, email, and website
  • Process, monitor, and manage critical customer shipments using a logistics management platform
  • Communicate professionally with customers and agents while meeting team metrics
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry with a typing speed of 30 WPM
  • Knowledge of US and world geography and time zones is preferred
  • Call center experience is preferred
