Job Summary

A company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage customer requests and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer requests via phone, email, and website with urgency
  • Process, monitor, and manage critical customer shipments for various industries
  • Verify customer instructions and ensure compliance with regulations for imports and exports
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry (30 WPM)
  • Knowledge of US and world geography and time zones preferred
  • Call center experience is preferred
