Job Summary
A company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage customer logistics challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer requests via phone, email, and website with urgency
- Process and manage critical customer shipments using a proprietary logistics platform
- Verify customer instructions and ensure compliance with regulations for import and export documentation
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry
- Knowledge of US and world geography and time zones is preferred
- Call center experience is preferred
