Job Summary

A company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage customer logistics challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer requests via phone, email, and website with urgency
  • Process and manage critical customer shipments using a proprietary logistics platform
  • Verify customer instructions and ensure compliance with regulations for import and export documentation
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry
  • Knowledge of US and world geography and time zones is preferred
  • Call center experience is preferred
