Job Summary

Working Tuesday to Saturday from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM EST, the full-time Logistics Coordinator will manage incoming customer requests, process critical shipments using proprietary logistics software, and communicate effectively with customers and agents in a dynamic call center environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer requests via phone, email, and website with urgency and attention to detail
  • Process, monitor, and manage critical customer shipments for various industries using logistics management software
  • Meet required team metrics and stay current on all required training
Required qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED and must be at least 18 years old
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM
  • Knowledge of US and world geography and time zones is preferred
  • Call center experience is preferred
