Job Summary
Working Saturday through Wednesday from 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM EST, the full-time Logistics Coordinator will manage incoming customer requests, process critical shipments using a proprietary logistics platform, and communicate professionally with customers and agents in a dynamic call center environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer requests via phone, email, and website with urgency and attention to detail
- Process, monitor, and manage critical customer shipments for various industries
- Meet required team metrics and stay current on all required training
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM
- Knowledge of US and world geography and time zones preferred
- Call center experience preferred
