Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the flow of shipments, the part-time Logistics Coordinator will manage communication between drivers, vendors, and customers, track active shipments, and coordinate scheduling while working remotely during evening shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Support customer communication by responding to inquiries and reviewing shipment documentation for accuracy
• Coordinate scheduling and execution of pickups and deliveries, ensuring alignment with customer and vendor requirements
• Monitor active shipments and manage air cargo operations, including tracking air waybills and developing flight plans

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Industry experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatch preferred
• Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes
• Clear and professional communication skills (phone and email)
