Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

Working Sunday through Thursday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM EST, the full-time Logistics Coordinator will manage incoming customer requests, execute orders, and provide logistical solutions while initially operating in a temporary remote capacity before transitioning to an on-site role in Miami, Florida.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process requests from customers and vendors, executing orders and providing shipment status updates
• Provide administrative and technical support to ensure effective operations and apply established processes for excellence
• Analyze customer needs to identify solutions and act as a resource for less experienced colleagues

Required qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S
• Full proficiency in logistics operations gained through training and experience
• Ability to handle atypical problems and identify solutions from partial or conflicting data
• Experience in a service-oriented role, preferably in logistics or supply chain management
• Willingness to commute to the Miami office once on-site work resumes
