Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Logistics Coordinator will manage incoming customer requests, process critical shipments across various industries, and communicate professionally with clients while adhering to team metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer requests via phone, email, and website with urgency and attention to detail
- Process, monitor, and manage critical shipments using proprietary logistics management software
- Maintain communication with customers and agents in a professional manner while meeting team performance metrics
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry with a typing speed of 30 WPM
- Knowledge of U.S. and world geography and time zones preferred
- Call center experience is preferred
