Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Logistics Coordinator will handle incoming customer requests, manage critical shipments using proprietary logistics software, and communicate professionally with clients while adhering to team metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer requests via phone, email, and website with urgency and attention to detail
• Process, monitor, and manage critical customer shipments for various industries using logistics management software
• Communicate professionally with customers and agents while meeting required team metrics

Required qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED and must be at least 18 years old
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry with a typing speed of 30 WPM
• Knowledge of US and world geography and time zones is preferred
• Call center experience is preferred
