Job Summary

Working remotely with a shift from Wednesday to Saturday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM EST, the full-time Logistics Coordinator will handle customer requests, manage critical shipments using a proprietary logistics platform, and communicate professionally with clients in the medical, aerospace, telecommunications, and high-tech industries.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer requests via phone, email, and website with urgency and attention to detail
  • Process, monitor, and manage critical customer shipments using the logistics management platform
  • Meet required team metrics while maintaining professional communication with customers and agents
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED; must be at least 18 years old
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry with a typing speed of 30 WPM
  • Knowledge of US and world geography and time zones is preferred
  • Call center experience is preferred
