Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting global transportation and logistics operations, the full-time Logistics Coordinator will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, schedule transportation activities, and monitor shipment execution, with the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments of raw materials, investigational products, and clinical trial supplies
• Schedule transportation activities with logistics service providers, ensuring compliance with project timelines
• Monitor shipment status and communicate any delays or risks to relevant stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
• Experience managing temperature-sensitive biologic or gene therapy shipments
• Knowledge of GxP, GDP, IATA, and DOT transportation regulations
• Familiarity with shipping regulations and customs documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
