Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting supply chain operations, the full-time remote Logistics Coordinator will optimize load scheduling, improve visibility, and resolve logistics issues while collaborating with various teams to ensure reliable service and cost-effective operations.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate shipments, prioritizing automation and process efficiency
• Manage equipment and service needs, providing timely ETA updates to business partners
• Proactively identify and resolve logistics issues that could impact service or cost

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Proficient in Transportation Management System (TMS) or similar logistics platforms
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar
