Logistics Coordinator
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contingent basis, the Logistics Coordinator will monitor live shipment exceptions, escalate issues to management, and assist with client communications while supporting various logistics operations.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor exceptions of live shipments and alert logistics management of any delays
- Answer and route client and carrier communications, ensuring effective follow-up
- Assist with onboarding new clients and perform order entry and approvals
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook
- 2+ years of experience in general logistics management and customer service preferred
