Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

To ensure efficient supply chain operations, the full-time Logistics Coordinator will manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate with freight carriers, and monitor on-time delivery metrics while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Serve as the main point of contact for freight carriers, evaluating performance and negotiating rates
• Monitor delivery metrics and implement improvements to ensure on-time performance targets are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Strong understanding of freight and carrier operations (LTL, FTL, international, etc.)
• Proven track record in achieving or improving on-time delivery performance
• Proficient in logistics software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and MS Office Suite
