Logistics Coordinator
Job Summary
Working fully remote on a full-time basis, the Logistics Coordinator will manage shipment scheduling, dispatching, planning, tracking, and communication within the aviation/aerospace department during overnight shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones and emails professionally while assessing the needs of sales representatives and project managers
- Track and monitor all shipments, providing updates and addressing any delays or issues that arise
- Work with external and internal clients to arrange and deliver consignments, utilizing vendors for timely and cost-effective solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain or a related field preferred
- International airfreight and aviation experience required
- Transportation experience or internship is ideal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and daily PC use
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
