Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

To support omnichannel distribution during a team member's leave, the full-time Logistics Coordinator contractor will manage international inbound freight execution, oversee Amazon inbound programs, and ensure transaction accuracy while working remotely within the U.S. or Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Own day-to-day international inbound freight execution, including creating bookings and resolving shipment exceptions
• Manage Amazon inbound programs end-to-end, including FBA shipment creation, labeling, and inventory removals
• Coordinate customs clearance and trade compliance, ensuring documentation accuracy and responding to inquiries from customs authorities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations, preferably in consumer electronics or CPG
• Hands-on experience with international ocean and air freight management, including booking and exception resolution
• Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central, FBA shipment processes, and AWD operational requirements
• Working knowledge of customs and trade compliance, including HTS classification and commercial documentation
• Experience with ERP systems and performing month-end inventory reconciliations
