Job Summary
To support omnichannel distribution during a team member's leave, the full-time Logistics Coordinator contractor will manage international inbound freight execution, oversee Amazon inbound programs, and ensure transaction accuracy while working remotely within the U.S. or Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Own day-to-day international inbound freight execution, including creating bookings and resolving shipment exceptions
- Manage Amazon inbound programs end-to-end, including FBA shipment creation, labeling, and inventory removals
- Coordinate customs clearance and trade compliance, ensuring documentation accuracy and responding to inquiries from customs authorities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations, preferably in consumer electronics or CPG
- Hands-on experience with international ocean and air freight management, including booking and exception resolution
- Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central, FBA shipment processes, and AWD operational requirements
- Working knowledge of customs and trade compliance, including HTS classification and commercial documentation
- Experience with ERP systems and performing month-end inventory reconciliations
