Job Summary

Supporting the logistics and transportation teams, the full-time Logistics Dispatcher will manage a high-volume email ticketing system, coordinate supply chain operations, and plan final shipments in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize a high-volume email ticketing system for customer support
• Coordinate supply chain operations through communication with manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors
• Plan and track final shipments to meet cost and timeline expectations

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in logistics coordination or a related field
• Preferred experience with Hazmat freight logistics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and logistics platforms (e.g., JDE, Zendesk)
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including inventory planning and warehouse management
• Strong collaboration skills to drive operational excellence
