Logistics Expediter

Job Summary

Supporting the timely movement of materials and project information, the contract Expediter will manage logistics and shipping operations while coordinating with various teams to meet project milestones and customer deadlines in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with vendors and suppliers for purchase orders on schedules
• Support shipping, expediting, and logistics activities for projects
• Track open purchase orders, shipping milestones, and delivery risks from start to finish

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• 0-2 years of experience in logistics, expediting, or a related field
• Knowledge of logistics concepts, practices, and procedures
• Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions
