Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial, operational, and employee aspects of multiple accounts, ensuring profitability and growth
• Develop and maintain location processes, conduct employee training, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor KPIs, improve employee retention, and perform self-audits of location processes

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or equivalent experience required
• Five years or more of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or related fields required
• Five years or more managing large multi-level teams required
• Three years or more experience in developing logistics solutions and project management required
• One year or more of customer interaction and managing customer KPIs required
