Job Summary

Managing multiple accounts, the full-time salaried Logistics Group Manager will oversee financial, operational, and employee aspects to ensure profitable growth while meeting safety and customer satisfaction goals remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Set goals and conduct performance evaluations, providing ongoing feedback and developing direct reports
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Conduct self-audits of location processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management
• 3 years of experience in managing customer KPIs
• Experience in developing and implementing logistics solutions and project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with logistics software
