Logistics Integration Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating closely with customers and internal teams, the full-time remote Logistics Integration Engineer will manage EDI/API integration services for customer onboarding in the freight forwarding and brokerage domains, ensuring effective communication and project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the successful execution of customer onboarding and integration services across air and ocean forwarding and brokerage domains
• Coordinate all stages of the integration process, including initiation calls, IT communications, and UAT testing
• Work with product managers to capture and translate customer requirements into actionable development tasks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field
• Three years of professional experience in freight forwarding and logistics onboarding with EDI/API message sets
• Proficiency in reading integration specifications for EDI EDIFACT/X12 and experience with API interfaces (json/xml)
• Experience working in Agile methodology, including creating use cases and user stories
• Familiarity with CargoWise as a core freight and brokerage system is preferred
