Logistics Inventory Specialist

Job Summary

To support a critical SAP integration and inventory management initiative, the part-time Logistics Inventory Specialist will manage consignment and spare parts inventory for field teams while providing inventory support and resolving discrepancies, working fully remote after onboarding from the Raleigh-Durham-Cary area.

Key responsibilities

• Manage consignment, trunk stock, spare parts, and tool inventory for field teams
• Provide inventory support to Customer Service Engineers and internal partners
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies and transaction issues

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel
