Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Logistics Manager to oversee financial, operational, and employee aspects of multiple accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues while tracking KPIs
• Implement and improve location processes and conduct audits of operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or supply chain, or equivalent experience
• Five years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field
• Experience managing large multi-level teams for five years or more
• Demonstrated experience in developing logistics solutions and project management for three years or more
• Prior experience in customer interaction and managing KPIs for one year or more
