Logistics Manager

Job Summary

Managing all activities associated with account operations, the full-time salaried Logistics Manager will oversee P&L responsibilities, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain compliance and safety standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage performance and compliance of salaried and hourly employees, addressing performance issues as needed
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to align account operations with their needs and expectations
• Analyze financial data, including P&L statements, and provide operational reports to senior management

Required qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred
• Three or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations required
• Two or more years of experience managing and leading direct reports required
• Advanced knowledge of Transportation and/or Warehouse Logistics operations required
• Advanced knowledge of safety and security requirements required
