Job Summary

Experienced logistics professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Logistics Manager, responsible for managing international freight, leading customs compliance, and acting as a commercial partner to sales while ensuring timely delivery of parts globally.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee international freight logistics from Asia to various global destinations, negotiating rates and managing shipment complexities
• Lead customs and trade compliance efforts, developing strategies and playbooks to ensure adherence to regulations
• Collaborate with sales teams on freight-heavy deals, providing insights on pricing, costs, and customer requirements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on international logistics or freight-forwarding experience, preferably in contract manufacturing or high-mix industrial settings
• Proven experience negotiating freight rates and managing documentation related to international trade
• Strong understanding of landed costs, Incoterms, and customer experience in logistics operations
• Ability to read engineering drawings and assess freight implications for various shipping methods
• Fluency in English, with additional languages such as Hebrew, Mandarin, Vietnamese, or German considered a plus
