Job Summary

Managing multiple accounts, the full-time Group Logistics Manager I will oversee financial and operational aspects while ensuring employee development, customer satisfaction, and safety goals are met in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set goals, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing employee feedback and development
• Ensure customer satisfaction through problem resolution and KPI tracking while maintaining efficient staffing levels
• Implement location processes and conduct self-audits to improve operational efficiency and safety measures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, logistics, or supply chain, or two additional years of relevant work experience
• 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in managing customer KPIs and developing logistics solutions
• Experience in leading large multi-level teams for at least 5 years
• Basic PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
