Job Summary

Managing multiple accounts, the full-time Group Logistics Manager I will oversee financial, operational, and employee aspects while ensuring business growth, customer satisfaction, and safety goals are met in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Set goals and conduct performance evaluations, providing ongoing employee feedback and managing disciplinary actions
  • Develop and maintain staffing levels, ensuring effective selection and training of personnel while avoiding unnecessary use of outside labor
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and KPI tracking, implementing process improvements and conducting self-audits of location processes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or two years of relevant work experience
  • Five or more years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field
  • Three or more years of experience in managing customer KPIs
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing logistics solutions and project management skills
  • Basic PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
