Logistics Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing logistics operation, the full-time Logistics Manager will oversee international freight movements, manage customs compliance, and collaborate with sales to optimize shipping strategies, all while working remotely from any location.

Key responsibilities

• Own international freight logistics, negotiating rates and selecting shipping modes based on business requirements
• Lead customs and trade compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to regulations across multiple jurisdictions
• Act as a commercial partner to the sales team, advising on pricing and logistics strategies for freight-heavy deals

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on international logistics or freight-forwarding experience, preferably in contract manufacturing or high-mix industrial settings
• Experience negotiating freight rates and managing documentation related to international trade
• Strong understanding of landed cost, Incoterms, and freight implications of shipping decisions
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Hebrew, Mandarin, Vietnamese, or German are a plus
• Tech-savvy with experience using remote collaboration tools and platforms
