Logistics Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing logistics operation, the full-time Logistics Manager will own the international movement of parts, negotiate freight rates, and lead customs compliance, all while working remotely with a global team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage international freight logistics across air, ocean, and courier, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
• Lead customs and trade compliance efforts, developing strategies and playbooks for efficient operations
• Collaborate with Sales to provide accurate freight cost intelligence and support commercial negotiations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on international logistics or freight-forwarding experience
• Proven track record of negotiating freight rates and managing documentation for international trade
• Strong understanding of landed costs, Incoterms, and customs compliance
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and assess shipping implications
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Hebrew, Mandarin, Vietnamese, or German are a plus
