Logistics Manager
Job Summary
To manage the physical movement of parts across international borders, the full-time Logistics Manager will oversee freight operations, trade compliance, and supplier coordination in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Own international freight logistics, including quoting, negotiating, and booking shipments from Asia to various global destinations
- Lead customs and trade compliance, developing strategies and guiding the Logistics Admin on regulations and documentation
- Act as a commercial partner in freight-heavy deals, ensuring accurate reflection of logistics costs in internal systems
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on international logistics or freight-forwarding experience, preferably in contract manufacturing or hardware
- Proven experience negotiating freight rates with forwarders and couriers
- Strong understanding of international trade documentation, including HTS codes and customs correspondence
- Commercial mindset regarding landed cost, Incoterms, and customer experience
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Hebrew, Mandarin, Vietnamese, or German is a plus
