Logistics Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an OMC Associate to coordinate logistics operations for assigned customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform load scheduling functions and coordinate appointments with carriers and dedicated personnel
• Support premium freight management and dedicated contract carriage operations, including route management
• Analyze procurement information and manage off-shift/weekend coverage as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field
• Five years or more of experience in supply chain or operations preferred
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and logistics management systems
• Experience with costing/rating systems and related software
• Understanding of multiple customer business rules and procedural requirements
