Logistics Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Logistics Manager to oversee day-to-day logistics operations across various fulfillment channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily communication and operational performance with the third-party logistics partner
• Oversee outbound wholesale shipments and coordinate with vendors on shipping timelines and documentation
• Maintain logistics and fulfillment reporting, tracking key operational metrics and identifying areas for process optimization

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or fulfillment management
• Experience managing relationships with 3PLs, warehouses, or fulfillment providers
• Strong understanding of wholesale shipping processes and inventory management
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and operational reporting
• Experience with logistics software or inventory platforms preferred
