Logistics Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time Vendor/Logistics Operations Specialist will focus on quality management, operational support, and proactive issue resolution across merchant and delivery workflows while maintaining a schedule of Saturday through Wednesday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM PT or Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.

Key responsibilities:

• Support daily and hourly quality management across Corporate and Catering operations
• Execute and provide feedback on standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Proactively identify and escalate fulfillment issues before they scale

Required qualifications:

• Background in operations-focused roles such as Logistics Coordinator or Vendor/Merchant Specialist
• Experience in last-mile logistics, delivery support, or similar environments
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive tasks
