Logistics Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting day-to-day logistics and customer operations in a remote capacity, the full-time Logistics Operations Specialist will coordinate shipments, manage warehouse fulfillment, and address customer inquiries while collaborating with Sales and logistics partners.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments from order fulfillment through delivery
- Support warehouse operations, including inventory movements and order fulfillment, while resolving related issues
- Follow up on customer issues, shipment delays, and provide timely updates to Sales and customers
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in domestic and international logistics
- Experience with warehouse operations and customer fulfillment
- Strong Excel skills for data tracking and reporting
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams and external partners
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
