Job Summary

A company is looking for a Material Logistics Order Administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support operations during SAP upgrade testing and manage customer inquiries via phone and email
• Track shipments, backorders, and escalate spare part/tool orders as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate order fulfillment

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer communication via phone and email
• Experience with SAP and strong computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
