Logistics Order Fulfillment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Material Logistics Order Administration specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Support operations during the SAP upgrade and manage customer inquiries via phone and email
• Track shipments, backorders, and escalate spare part/tool orders as necessary
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate order fulfillment

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience handling customer communication via phone and email
• Call center experience preferred
• SAP experience is a plus
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
