Job Summary
To support the timely processing and delivery of critical spare parts and tools, the fully remote Logistics Order Fulfillment Specialist will manage order fulfillment activities, coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners, and resolve order-related issues.
Key responsibilities
- Process and manage spare parts, tools, and equipment-related orders
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, shipping delays, and fulfillment issues
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, operations support, logistics coordination, or order management
