Logistics Planner

Job Summary

To support rapid growth, the full-time Logistics Planner will manage order creation and execution between the warehouse network and project sites, utilizing the Oracle System to ensure timely delivery and accurate tracking of equipment logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage orders for execution within the Oracle system, coordinating with warehouse personnel
• Track shipments and communicate updates to stakeholders, proactively addressing logistical issues and discrepancies
• Collaborate with onsite teams to validate equipment needs and adjust allocations based on risks and priorities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in planning, logistics, or supply chain management, with a focus on inbound and/or outbound operations
• Proficiency in the Oracle suite
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
