Job Summary

Managing logistics strategies for clinical trial projects, the full-time remote Logistics Solutions Specialist II will oversee documentation and compliance while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful study execution.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to define and document logistics needs for assigned complex studies
• Manage 20-40 complex clinical studies, providing immediate responses to logistics queries and concerns
• Develop logistics and customs compliance strategies, ensuring timely movement of materials and biological specimens across global borders

Required qualifications

• BS or MS in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
• 4+ years of industry-related logistics experience in managing clinical studies required
• Knowledge of international supply chain processes and logistics performance measures required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP software
• Experience managing complex clinical studies preferred
