Job Summary
Managing logistics strategies and compliance for clinical trial projects, the full-time remote Logistics Solutions Specialist II will oversee 20-40 complex studies, ensuring accurate documentation and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers to define and document logistics needs for assigned studies
- Develop logistics and customs compliance strategies for managing complex clinical studies
- Serve as the primary logistics contact for Project Management and Client Services, addressing queries and concerns
Required qualifications
- BS or MS in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- 4+ years of industry-related logistics experience in managing clinical studies required
- Knowledge of international supply chain processes and logistics performance measures required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP software
- Experience managing complex clinical studies preferred
