Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls related to delivery verification and safety checks
• Review shipment details and system information to approve or stop deliveries based on safety criteria
• Create and manage IT incident tickets and Delivery Action Requests to document and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or customer service
• Strong computer skills, including experience with enterprise systems
• Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly
• Interest in logistics, safety, transportation, or operations environments
