Logistics Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting global logistics and expeditionary missions, the full-time Logistics Specialist will manage vendor coordination, opportunity validation, and proposal development in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess incoming task order solicitations for alignment with capabilities and strategy
• Identify, source, and engage vendors to obtain quotes and capability information
• Support pricing and proposal development activities, ensuring compliance with task order requirements

Required qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in logistics, operations, business analysis, or federal contracting support
• Experience supporting proposal development and vendor sourcing
• BS Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance
