Logistics Specialist

Job Summary

Managing transportation logistics for goods and services, the full-time Lead Logistics Specialist will oversee project logistics plans, ensure compliance with processes, and develop budgets while working remotely, preferably within the East Coast Time Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for cross-functional teams to develop and manage logistics plans for projects
• Ensure adherence to logistics processes, supporting on-time delivery and optimizing costs
• Supervise day-to-day logistics operations and improve data accuracy of logistics tracking systems

Required qualifications

• Four or more years of hands-on logistics experience
• Relevant bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• High school diploma/GED with at least six years of aligned work experience may be considered
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects and execute logistics plans
