Logistics Specialist

Job Summary

Assisting the Global Logistics Manager, the fully remote Global Logistics Specialist will coordinate logistics and support services, including procurement of training facilities and transportation, while managing vendor compliance and maintaining communication with government counterparts.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with procuring training facilities, transportation, lodging, and other logistical needs as defined by each program
• Support the Global Logistics Manager with vendor entry and monitoring in the compliance management system
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and government representatives to ensure logistical support is effectively managed

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a logistics role
• Strong Microsoft Suite skills, particularly in Excel and Office
• Knowledge of export and import regulations and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for vendor management and customer interaction
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
