Job Summary

To support a growing e-commerce platform, the full-time Logistics Specialist will plan and coordinate international and domestic shipments, manage communication with freight forwarders, and resolve shipment issues while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate weekly international and domestic shipments, ensuring compliance with documentation and destination requirements
• Manage communication with freight forwarders and Amazon logistics partners, resolving delays and discrepancies
• Negotiate freight rates and maintain organized records of shipping documents for inventory and planning purposes

Required qualifications

• Mandarin proficiency for effective communication with suppliers and forwarders
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or shipping administration
• Experience with Amazon FBA shipments preferred
• Familiarity with international shipping terms and freight processes
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and logistics platforms
