Logistics Specialist

Job Summary

Transforming distribution processes, the full-time Logistics Specialist will manage retail operations, support omni-channel logistics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while working remotely across the U.S. and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Support wholesale order management and collaborate with internal teams and 3PL for prompt delivery
• Track and report on KPIs related to order lead times and compliance, while managing retailer onboarding
• Lead continuous improvement projects to automate workflows and enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics or sales operations within CPG industries
• Experience managing technical projects with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with API, EDI, and iPaaS concepts, with hands-on integration experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data transformation
• Experience with EDI, warehouse operations, and retail sales operations is strongly preferred
