Logistics Specialist

Job Summary

To support a major consumer packaged goods company, the entry-level Logistics Specialist will coordinate, plan, and schedule installations and equipment movements in a hybrid contract-to-hire role based in North Charlotte.

Key responsibilities

• Develop schedules and plans to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction for service work requests
• Communicate with customers and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment on timing and schedules
• Review inventory levels and replenish equipment as needed, performing limited warehouse and administrative duties

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or similar field; or HS Diploma/GED with 12 months of relevant experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable
• Customer service experience from a call center environment preferred
