Logistics Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting freight and distribution activities, the full-time remote Logistics Specialist will manage the movement of inventory, coordinate shipments, and ensure compliance with quality standards while collaborating with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate finished goods movements from contract manufacturers to 3PL locations, including shipment planning and freight scheduling
• Maintain the inbound load board, monitoring shipments and resolving delays and transportation exceptions
• Support inventory allocations and transfers across 3PLs and sales channels based on approved forecasts and inventory plans

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or distribution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP and WMS systems, preferably NetSuite and Deposco
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and executing FBA shipment plans
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred, but not required
