Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage Logistics Specialists, including hiring and training
• Monitor routing and productivity, implementing process improvements as needed
• Collaborate with field operations to ensure efficient delivery routing and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience in DME operations and with Map Point or Roads software preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
• Minimum of one year of related work experience preferred
